"Started having problems way too soon"
I’ve only had this for a few months and it’s already giving me issues. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier, but it comes across as cheaply made. What’s more frustrating is that I feel like my concerns are just being ignored, which makes the whole experience even worse. Definitely not as reliable as I hoped.

"I’ll say this, it really does look nice..."
I’ll say this, it really does look nice on my patio and the design is clean without being too much. Setup was straightforward too. But comfort-wise, I’m not totally sold. The seat area feels a little awkward after sitting for a bit, or maybe I’m just being picky? It’s not uncomfortable exactly, just not as cozy as I was hoping for at this price. Overall it’s decent, but I do feel like it could’ve been a little better.

"Showed up late and in rough shape"
Delivery took way longer than the emails kept saying, which was already annoying. Then when it finally showed up, the box was ripped and wet on one side, like, give me a break. I could hear parts loose inside too. Definitely not a great experience and I’m not happy with it.

"Gets cold fast, just a bit noisy"
It cools down quickly and does what it’s supposed to do. It does get a little noisy sometimes, but I’m too worn out from dealing with customer service stuff lately to make a big deal out of it. Overall, it works fine...

"Great plunge, but the water maintenance is a hassle"
I really like the cold plunge itself, but keeping the water clean has been way more annoying than I expected. The filters seem to clog quickly, and balancing the chemicals feels like I’m just guessing half the time. Support did help a little, but it mostly felt like automated replies and articles instead of actually talking to a real person. I wish there was more human contact when you’re trying to troubleshoot, because the upkeep has turned into more work than I hoped...

"Feels a bit overpriced to me"
Maybe I’m just being cheap lately, but I paid quite a bit for this and I don’t feel like it was worth the price. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected more for what I spent.

"I emailed Plunge support twice about an issue..."
I emailed Plunge support twice about an issue with my order and waited several days without getting a real answer. The first response felt generic, like a copied reply, and it didn’t actually solve anything. I kept wondering if maybe I explained it wrong or missed something, but I don’t think that was the problem.
For what this costs, I expected someone to follow up and help me through it. Instead, I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic support. Maybe I expected too much, but it was really frustrating and not the experience I thought I’d have with plunge.com

"Felt cheap for the price"
I was a bit disappointed with the build quality. It just didn’t feel like something that was made to last, and after using it for a short time I started noticing how flimsy it seemed. I reached out to support and the response was basically along the lines of “that’s normal” and “it should hold up with regular use,” but it didn’t really give me much confidence. Maybe it works fine for light use, but I wouldn’t count on it long term.

The setup was okay overall, but it definitely took me a bit longer than I thought it would. Nothing too major, just not as smooth as I’d hoped. Did anyone else run into the same issue?

"I had a problem with my Plunge..."
I had a problem with my Plunge and getting it handled under warranty has been way more of a hassle than I expected. Replies have been slow, there’s been a ton of back and forth, and I still don’t really have a fix yet. For something this pricey, it’s dissapointing.

"I’m kind of in a rush..."
I’m kind of in a rush, so I’ll keep it quick, it works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but wow, the pump is a lot louder than I thought it would be. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying.
